摘　　要：石油石化工业在国民经济建设中起着越来越重要的作用,随之而来的石油石化企业也已成为用能耗能和环境保护的重点行业。作为环境保护、可持续发展重要手段的节能减排技术,就成为石油石化企业必须要面对和解决的问题。石油库中常用的节能减排技术,一般包括工艺设备节能减排技术、电气节能技术、油库环境保护技术三个方面。阐述和总结了节能减排技术的原理、技术路线以及实施细则等问题。Petroleum and petrochemical industry plays a more and more important role in national economic construction, the petroleum and petrochemical enterprise has become the key industries of energy consumption and environmental protection. Energy saving and emission reduction has become a problem that the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises must face and solve. Common energy saving emission reduction technologies for oil depots include energy-saving emission reduction technology of process equipment, electrical energy saving technology and oil depot environment protection technology three aspects. In this paper, the principle, technical route and implementing rules of the energy-saving emission reduction technology were discussed and summarized.
