摘 要:利用Fluent对往复式油气混输泵工作过程进行了三维动态模拟.分析了含气率(标准大气压下)为50%时吸入压力Ps对混输泵的流量特性、指示功率和指示效率的影响.结果表明,吸入阀开启后吸入瞬时流量几乎恒定,且随吸入压力的增加而增加;排出瞬时体积流量在排出阀开启时从零突变到大于活塞体积变化率,随后降低到与活塞体积变化率近似相等.吸入压力从0.2 MPa增加到0.6 MPa时泵的排出平均流量从7m3/h增加到11.5m3/h,指示功率从7.6kW增加到11.6kW,指示效率从74.7%降低到68.3%.适当增加吸入压力能提高泵的流量,但泵的效率会有所降低.The 3Ddynamic simulation for a reciprocating oil-gas multiphase pump was conducted to study its working process using FLUENT.The influence of suction pressure Ps on the flow characteristics,indicated power and indicated efficiency of the pump were investigated when gas rate was50% under the standard atmosphere pressure.The results showed that the inhaled instantaneous volumetric flow rate changed slowly after the opening of the valve and increased with the increment of suction pressure.When the discharge valve was opened,the instantaneous discharged volumetric flow rate firstly increased instantly from zero to the value which was higher than the variable quantity of piston volume with time,then reduced to the approximate value of piston volume variation with time.When the suction pressure increased from 0.2 MPa to 0.6 MPa,the average discharge flow rate increased from 7m^3/h to 11.5m^3/h,the indicated power from 7.6kW to 11.6kW and the indicated efficiency decreased from 74.7% to 68.3%.It is useful to increase the average flow rate by raising suction pressure,while the indicated efficiency decreased.
