摘 要:以过热水蒸气为气化介质,采用管式炉气化装置研究温度、水蒸气与污泥含碳量比(m(S)∶m(C))对气化产物特性影响.结果表明:水蒸气气化有利于污泥能源化转化为高品质合成气.提高气化温度有利于增加气相产率,尤其H2和CO体积分数显著增加;m(S)∶m(C)在4.74时,气相产率、氢气体积分数和热值均达到峰值;气化过程使污泥基体孔隙结构得到较大发展,BET比表面积增大,形成一定数量微孔;液相产物中水分质量分数较高,其中有机成分主要为脂肪族化合物、芳香烃化合物等.Using tube furnace gasification plant,the influence of temperature,the mass ratio of water vapor and carbon in sludge(m(S)∶m(C))on the gasification products properties was investigated using superheated steam as gasification medium.The results show that the steam gasification could promote the exchange of sewage sludge to high-quality synthesis gas.When the gasification temperature was improved,the gas phase production rate increased,especially the volume fraction of H2 and CO increased significantly;When m(S)∶m(C)value was 4.74,the gas production rate,hydrogen volume fraction and calorific value all reached their maximum values;Gasification lead to substrate sludge pore structure development greatly and BET specific surface area increased,and forming a certain amount of pores.In the liquid product moisture content is higher,whose organic ingredients mainly are aliphatic compounds,aromatic compound,etc.
