摘 要:简要回顾了我国热处理行业的节能减排状况。介绍了电阻炉电耗的计算。探讨了间歇式作业电阻炉和连续式作业电阻炉生产线的节能措施以及电阻炉电气与自动化控制的改进。此外,还介绍了新型节能炉衬的应用,提出了电阻加热装置节能减排的技术途径和合同能源管理。The situation of both energy saving and reduction in pollutant discharge in heat treatment industry of China was briefly reviewed.Calculation of energy consumption of electric resistance furnaces was introduced. Energy-saving measures of batch electric resistance furnaces and continuous electric resistance furnace production line as well as an improvement upon electric and automatic controls of electric resistance furnaces were discussed. In addition,the applications of new type of linings were introduced,and technical ways to save energy for resistance heating devices and contract energy management were put forward.
