摘 要:针对立井井筒过含水老空巷引起的围岩冒落空洞和突水问题,结合润东煤矿回风立井现场施工情况,提出了"联合支护+注浆充填"综合支护及堵水技术,现场应用结果表明:应用注浆充填堵水技术后,井筒涌水量从50m3/h降到0.5m3/h以下,堵水效果明显;采用"联合支护+注浆充填"技术支护冒落带空洞后,井筒破碎段围岩承载性能和抗变形能力显著提高,井壁完整无断裂现象,支护效果显著。Aiming at the surrounding rock caving cavity and water inrush during vertical shaft sinking crossing roadway of water bearing goal, water blocking technology and comprehensive support scheme of "combined supporting + grouting" were proposed, based on the situation of air return shaft construction in Rundong Coal Mine. The effect of grouting water blocking was favorable, with mine discharge reduced from 50m^3/h to 0. 5m^3/h; and the effect of caving zone cavity support, with " combined supporting and grouting" scheme, was significant with bearing capacity and deformation resistance of mine shaft surrounding rock in broken section significantly improved.
