摘  要:以王庄煤矿8101大采高综采工作面为背景,介绍了工作面地质情况和配套设备,对综采队在九月份的开机时间进行统计,计算出采煤机日开机率平均为49%,对比采煤班日进刀数和班开机率,结果表明:采煤班开机率波动大、工人井下劳动时间长,说明工作面生产系统可靠性较差,并从人、机、环境三个方面提出改善措施。指出提高采煤机开机率是保证大采高综采工作面产量和效率的有效途径。Based on the engineering back ground of 8101 high cutting fully -mechanized mining face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine, the geological conditions and corollary equipment were introduced. The shearer operation rate of September was collected, which was 49%, daily operation rate and daily cutting times of the team were compared. The results show that, the operation rate fluctuates significantly and the duration of working time is rather long, indicating an unreliable production system. Improvement measures were proposed, from the views of worker, machinery and working condition, to enhance the production efficiency of high cutting fully - mechanized mining face.
