摘  要:为解决急倾斜煤层综采工作面延缩刮板运输机中部槽因煤层倾角大、人员操作困难,随时有设备下滑伤人的问题,以绿水洞煤矿3232工作面延缩刮板运输机为研究对象,提出利用液压伸缩系统延缩刮板运输机中部槽,介绍了延缩系统结构组织、工作原理,工业性试验结果表白:采用液压伸缩系统能够代替人工延缩刮板运输机,延缩系统将刮板运输机前后始终连接形成整体,有效杜绝下滑伤人事故。Aiming at the equipment sliding in scraper conveyor stretching in fully mechanized mining face of steep coal seam. The scraper conveyor in 3232 mining face of Lvshuidong coal mine was investigated, the hydraulic telescopic system was applied to remove and add line pans for scraper conveyor, and the structure organization and operating principle of the telescopic system were introduced. Industrial test results show that, the system could replace manpower to stretch scraper conveyor. The telescopic system joins the scraper conveyor as a whole part, effectively avoiding sliding accident, and offering references for scraper conveyor stretching for fully mechanized mining face of steed coal seam.
