摘 要:以长沙市第一生活垃圾转运站扩建工程为实例,建立M/M/C排队模型定量评价交通组织效率,同时定性分析工程经济性等要素,对不同的扩建方案进行综合评价,选定了在卸料大厅两端设栈桥与现有栈桥连通的方案作为推荐方案。对服务强度变化对系统服务效率的影响进行了敏感性分析,建议运营单位在节假日采取有效方式,避免服务强度超过0.90后引发的站内交通拥堵。Taking the expansion project of Changsha First Domestic Waste Transfer Station as the example,the M/M/C queuing model was built to quantitatively evaluate the efficiency of traffic organization,qualitatively analyze the engineering economy,and synthetically evaluate different expanding plans.The plan was recommended that the trestle bridges was built at both ends of unloading hall to connect the existing trestle bridges.A sensitivity analysis was performed for the influence of service intensity on service efficiency of the transfer system.It is suggested operating units should take effective ways during holidays to avoid traffic jam in the stations after service intensity exceeding 0.90.
