摘  要:为了研发具有绿色特质的现代高性能钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土,试验研究了水灰比、钢纤维体积率、粉煤灰取代水泥量对混凝土拌合物工作性能和混凝土干表观密度、立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和弹性模量的影响规律。结果表明:配制强度等级LC35的钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土,可采用水灰比0.30、钢纤维体积率0.4%~1.2%和粉煤灰替代水泥量0%~20%。在该参数范围内,所配制的混凝土拌合物具有大流动性和良好的粘聚性与保水性,混凝土干表观密度符合结构轻骨料混凝土密度等级1700要求;随钢纤维体积率增加,混凝土受压破坏形态转变为塑性破坏,立方体和轴心抗压强度以及弹性模量均有所提高;粉煤灰替代水泥量对各受压性能指标影响较小;钢纤维轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土的轴心抗压强度、弹性模量的取值满足现行轻骨料混凝土技术规程的要求。To develop a modern high-performance steel-fiber-reinforced lightweight-aggregate concrete with green characteristics,an experimental study was carried out to research the effects of water-cement ratio,volume fraction of steel fiber and ratio of cement replaced by fly ash on working performance of fresh concrete and dry apparent density,cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of hardened concrete.The results show that to manufacture the steel fiber reinforced lightweight-aggregate fly-ash concrete of strength grade LC35,the water-cement ratio may be taken as 0.30,the volume fraction of steel fiber may be 0.4% to 1.2%,and the ratio of cement replaced by fly ash may not be larger than 20%.When the aforementioned parameters fall in these ranges,the fresh concrete has high flow ability and good cohesiveness and water-retaining property,and the dry apparent density meets the requirement of class 1 700.With the increase of volume fraction of steel fiber,the failure state tends to be plastic failure,and the cubic compressivestrength and axial compressive strength as well as elastic modulus are all increased to certain extent.The ratio of cement replaced by fly ash has little influence on the compressive properties of concrete.The values of axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of steel-fiber-reinforced lightweight-aggregate fly-ash concrete meet the current Technical Specification for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete.
