摘  要:超薄磨耗层是一种新型预防性道路养护技术,其使用效果的好坏与层间粘结力有着密切的关系。以室内模拟试验为基础,采用AC-13沥青混合料作为原路面,SBS(热塑性丁苯橡胶)改性乳化沥青作为层间粘结材料,分别采用AC-13、SMA-13、OGFC-13、Nova Chip(C)混合料作为超薄磨耗层,马歇尔击实法成型复合型试件,并采用层间力测试仪进行剪切试验,测定层间抗剪切强度。试验结果显示,采用上述四种混合料作为磨耗层,平均抗剪切强度分别为1.053 MPa、1.1 MPa、1.02 MPa、1.261 MPa;随着乳化沥青洒布量的增加,层间抗剪强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势;对于每种路面结构,温度由25℃升高至45℃,层间粘结强度普遍下降,但不同结构的强度降幅各不相同。试验结果表明:层间粘结强度受混合料类型的影响,Nova Chip抗剪强度最高,开级配沥青磨耗层OGFC(开级配沥青磨耗层)最低;每种路面结构都存在使层间抗剪强度达到最大值的最佳乳化沥青洒布量,且不同温度下对应的最佳乳化沥青洒布量也不同;随着温度升高,层间剪切强度降低,其中Nova Chip结构对于温度的敏感性最高,AC(沥青混凝土)结构的温度敏感性较低。Ultra-thin wearing course is a new preventive measure for road maintenance,and its effect closely relates to the bonding between the layers of the road.Based on indoor tests,AC- 13 was used to simulate the original pavement,and SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene block copolymer)modified emulsified asphalt was used as the interlayer adhesive material.AC- 13,SMA- 13,OGFC-13(open graded asphalt friction course) and Nova Chip(C) were chosen as the wearing course to make composite test specimen,respectively,and the specimen was subjected to shearing strength test.The results show that the average strength of the bonding are 1.053 MPa,1.1 MPa,1.02 MPa,1.261 MPa,respectively,and the strength grows and then declines with the increase of spray dosage of emulsified asphalt.For every type of wearing course,the shearing strength suffers a dropby different amounts with the rise of temperature from 25 ℃ to 45 ℃.The research indicates that the type of asphalt mixture affects the shear strength of bonding,and Nova Chip has the maximum shear strength,while OGFC has the minimum.Each type of pavement has its optimized spray dosage of emulsified asphalt and different temperatures have different spray dosages.The shear strength of ultra-thin wearing courses of mixture decreases with the increase of temperature.Nova Chip has the maximum temperature sensitivity and AC(Asphalt Concrete) has the minimum relatively.
