养老地产商业模式分析与对策建议——以济南市为研究视角

摘　　要：济南市养老地产面临重要发展机遇,国内先进城市养老地产开发和运营模式为济南提供了可借鉴的模式。推动济南市养老地产的健康发展,需要充分发挥政府主导作用,构建政策扶持体系,培育养老地产参与主体,引导市场主体多元经营。Jinan pension real estate faces important opportunities for development. The lessons of domestic advanced cities pension real estate can be drawn for the development and operation mode of Jinan. The aim is to promote the healthy development of pension real estate in Jinan, give full play to the govemment leading role, build a policy support system, cultivate pension property involved in the main body, arid guide the market main body diversification.
