摘 要:以平磨和外磨标准工件为研究对象,用一种新的非接触式表面粗糙度测量方法进行研究。采集和提取了平磨和外磨工件的激光散斑图像,并用灰度差分统计法对图像进行研究和分析。研究表明,平磨和外磨工件对比度、平均值、方差随表面粗糙度增大存在递增关系,在量值上平磨比外磨大;而不同加工方式对偏度和峰值有影响。With flat and external grinding standard workpiece as research objects, a new non-contact surface roughness measurement method is used to research the objects. The laser speckle images of the flat and external grinding workpieces are collected and extracted. And gray difference statistics is used to research and analyze the images. The research results show that with the increasing of surface roughness, the contrast, mean value and vari- ance of flat and external grinding workpieces increase. The values of flat grinding workpieces are larger than those of external grinding workpieces. Skewness and peak value are influenced by different processing methods.
