摘  要:针对特定小型搅拌设备采用DCS控制系统投资大、设备浪费严重,简单的PLC控制系统无法友好显示的缺点与不足问题,提出基于MCGS的搅拌设备计算机监控系统。以PLC为核心,PC为上位机,PLC通过专用通讯线和上位机通信。利用PLC实现对搅拌设备控制对象的自动控制,利用MCGS组态软件实现对整个系统运行的实时监控。结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,实现了设计所要求的控制目标与功能,满足聚丙烯催化剂搅拌设备的实际运行条件。With respect to such problems as large investment and serious equipment waste with the DCS control system of specific small agitators, and no friendly display of simple PLC control systems, this paper proposes the design of an MCGS-based computer monitoring system for the agitator. The control system adopts PLC as its core service and PC as host computer, whereby the PLC realizes communication with the host computer through a dedicated communication line. PLC is used to realize automatic control over the agitator, and configuration software MCGS is adopted to realize real-time monitoring of the operation of the whole system. The results show that the monitoring system has steady and reliable operation to achieve the control aims and functions required in the design to meet the actual operational conditions for the polypropylene catalyst agitator.
