摘　　要：中国对阿富汗重建的外交参与大致经历了从低调走向不断深化的发展阶段。特别是2013年以来,伴随美国从阿富汗撤军接近尾声,伴随阿富汗形势的变化和周边外交在中国外交中地位的不断提高,新一代领导集体的阿富汗政策更加清晰,中国对阿富汗重建的外交参与的主动性和力度明显加大。美国和北约从阿富汗撤军,对阿富汗重建进程和地区安全形势产生了重要影响。在此背景下,如何应对阿富汗可能出现的动荡和混乱,如何妥善处理与涉及阿富汗问题各方的关系,如何帮助阿富汗实现真正的"阿人治阿"和"阿人所有",都是中国阿富汗外交面临的重大课题。China's diplomatic involvement in the reconstruction of Afghanistan may be divided roughly into two phases: keeping a low profile and getting deeply involved. Especially since 2013, with the US withdrawal of its troops from Afghanistan approaching to an end, the situation in Afghanistan changing, and the importance of neighboring diplomacy in China's diplomacy rising,the new generation of Chinese leadership pursued a clearer policy towards Afghanistan, as seen in the initiative and growing dynamics of China's diplomatic involvement in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. The military withdrawal of the US and NATO from Afghanistan has exerted profound impact on the reconstruction process of Afghanistan and security situation in the region.Against such backdrop, how to well manage the various relations concerned with the Afghanistan issue and how to help Afghanistan achieve its goal of 'self governance' and 'self ownership' are the major issues China is facing in her Afghanistan diplomacy.
