摘  要:无砟轨道是由钢筋混凝土材料构成的复合结构,受日照和气温影响很大。通过试验测得成都地区试验场地的气温、太阳辐射强度以及CRTS I型双块式无砟轨道道床板表面的温度,分析道床板表面温度随太阳辐射强度的变化关系,研究道床板表面放热系数的取值;分析太阳辐射强度对道床板表面温度的影响,建立道床板表面温度极值与气温极值、太阳辐射所引起的温度增量极值以及其他环境因素所引起的温度变化值之间的关系,并给出相应计算参数的建议值,为无砟轨道道床板内部温度场分布及无砟轨道温度应力研究提供试验基础。Ballastless track is a composite structure constituted by reinforced concrete material, which is greatly influenced by the sunshine and air temperature. Based on the in - site experiments in winter, the in - site air temperature, solar radiation intensity and the surface temperature of deck slab of CRTS I twin - block ballastless track were acquired in Chengdu, based on the analyses of in - site data, to obtain the relationship of the surface temperature of deck slab changing with the solar radiation intensity and the value of heat transfer coefficients of deck slab, initially establish the correlation among the maximum surface temperature of deck slab, the air tem- perature, the increment caused by solar radiation intensity and the changing temperature caused by other environ- ment influencing factors. Also, the suggested values of relative parameters were given, which provides an experi- mental basis for the study of distribution of internal temperature field of deck slab and the temperature stress of ballastless track.
