摘　　要：为了及时发现直达特快旅客列车运行过程中空气弹簧泄漏,防止因此而导致的车辆运行失稳,设计了空气弹簧泄漏在线检测装置。该装置包括无线压力传感器模块、车载数据接收装置和PC机分析软件等3部分,无线压力传感模块置于25K(T)型客车空气弹簧尼龙摩擦座内,实时记录被测气囊压力值,能将保存的压力数据和传感器模块安装地点(车号、气囊编号等)、传感器状态、电池电压、时间等信息通过Zigbee无线网络传送给车载数据接收装置,从而实现空气弹簧压力检测和泄漏故障报警。In order to discover the air spring leakage of running passenger train, and prevent operation instability, air spring leakage online detection device was designed in this respect.
