怡神助眠汤治疗失眠症的疗效及对脑内神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的观察怡神助眠汤治疗失眠症患者的疗效及其对脑内神经递质的影响。方法将60例失眠症患者随机分为两组各30例,中药组予服怡神助眠汤,西药组予服唑吡坦,两组疗程均为4周。两组患者治疗前、治疗结束时填写匹兹堡睡眠指数量表并检测脑涨落图。结果 (1)中药组、西药组总有效率分别为86.7%、76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗结束时PSQI量表评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后两组患者脑内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中药组5-羟色胺(5-HT)较治疗前升高(P<0.01),而西药组无明显变化,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论怡神助眠汤治疗失眠症患者疗效较好,其作用机制可能与升高GABA和5-HT水平相关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenzhumian decotion on treating insomnia and to study its effect on intraeerehral neurotransmitter. Methods 60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, Chinese medicine （CM） group received Yishenzhumian decoction,and western medicines （WM） group took zolpidem, the course of two groups was for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment, Pittsburgh sleep quality index were recorded on patients of the two groups,and the encephalofluctuograph technology was applied. Results （1） The total effective rate of CM group and WM group were 86.7% and 76.7%, respectively, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. （2） PSQI scale score of two groups decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.01）. （3） GABA levels after two groups of treatment increased obviously （P〈0.01）, but the differences between two groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. After therapy, 5-HT levels of CM group were obviously higher than before treatment （P 〈0.01）, while WM group had no obviously change and the differences between two groups had statistically difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Yishenzhumian decoction showed good effect on treating insomnia and its mechanism is probably＇ related to the high levels of GABA and 5-HT.
