摘  要:目的观察脾胃湿热证模型大鼠中血清醛固酮(ALD)、血浆抗利尿激素(ADH)及β-内啡肽(β-EP)的变化,并探讨王氏连朴饮的调控作用。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、王氏连朴饮(高、中、低剂量)组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用复合因素法(外部湿热环境+肥甘饮食+病原微生物)造成脾胃湿热证大鼠模型,造模后按不同剂量组给予中药灌胃,采用放射免疫法检测血清ALD、血浆ADH和β-EP的水平。结果与模型组比较,王氏连朴饮(高、中、低剂量)组ALD、ADH以及β-EP水平明显降低(P<0.01);中剂量组与高、低剂量组之间比较水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复合因素造模可以使脾胃湿热证大鼠ALD、ADH和β-EP发生异常改变,王氏连朴饮可降低ALD、ADH和β-EP的释放水平,且以中剂量组效果最好,这可能是其清热祛湿的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the changes of serum ALD, plasma ADH and plasma β-EP in with damp-heat syndrome of spleen-stomach and the regulative action of Wangshi Lianpu drink (WSLPY). Methods Forty male Wister rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NCG), model group (MG), high dose of WSLPY group (HWG), moderate dose of WSLPY group (MWG) and low dose of WSLPY group (LWG). The mouse models in all groups but the normal control group were buih with the compound factor method. The levels of ALD, ADH, and β-EP were detected by radioimmunoassay. Resulls Compared with normal control group, the concentration of ADH, β-EP in plasma and serum ALD of the rats in the model group increased significantly (P〈0.01). Compared with the MWG and LWG, the MWG can reduce the levels of ADH, β-EP and ALD (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The complex factors way that establishing the model rats with the spleen and stomach damp -heat syndrome can change the concentration of ADH, β-EP and ALD. Wangshi Lianpu drink could regulate the status of ALD, ADH and β-EP which was probably one of its mechanisms of clearing heat and expelling damp.
