黎月恒教授运用中医药治疗肺癌经验

摘　　要：目的总结黎月恒教授运用中药治疗肺癌的用药经验。方法选取黎月恒教授2010~2014年湖南省肿瘤医院中医科门诊确诊为＂肺癌＂的处方156张,所有药物依据《中药学》和《中药大辞典》分类、性味及归经进行整理,使用Epidata 3.1软件建立数据库,运用统计学方法进行数据统计,归纳用药频次、频率,总结其用药经验。结果收集的处方中涉及中药93种,总用药次数3 315次;其中使用频率最高的治法是益气养阴、清热解毒、化痰止咳、理气活血;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;药性以寒、温、平为主;药物归经以肺、心、脾、肝为主;治疗肺癌核心单味中药为百合、麦冬、西洋参、黄芪、桑白皮、瓜蒌、白术、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、枳壳（实）、五味子、延胡索、重楼、白花蛇舌草等。结论黎月恒教授治疗肺癌的经验值得临床参考。Objective To study experiences from Professor Li Yueheng in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat lung cancer. Methods A Selection of 156 cases of patients who were diagnosed as lung cancer by Professor Li Yueheng in department of TCM clinic of Hunan cancer hospital from 2010 to 2014. All medicines were classified by Chinese Materia Medica and Dictionary of Medicinal Plant. Then a database was built with Epidata 3.1 software using statistical methods to make a data statistics. The experiences and the frequency of drugs were concluded. Results Collecting 156 prescriptions in all, including 93 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the total number of drug using was 3315 times. Among them, the most frequently used kinds are tonifying qi and nourishing yin, clearing heat and toxic material, resolving phlegm and relieving coughing, and promoting qi and activating blood. The main flavors of the drugs include sweet, bitter and acrid. The main channel tropisms are to lung, heart, spleen and liver. The key drugs used to treat lung cancer by Professor Li Yueheng are lily, ophiopogon root, ginseng, astragalus root, mulberry bark, atractylodes, poria, snakegourd fruit, salvia miltiorrhiza, pericarpium citri reticulatae, fructus aurantii, schisandra chinensis, rhizoma corydalis, Paris polyphylla, hedyotis diffusa and so on. Conclusion Professor Li Yueheng＇s experiences on treatment of lung cancer supply references for the clinic.
