摘 要:分别采用机械镀和湿法超声机械镀的方法获得两种机械镀锌层。用扫描电子显微镜及其配备的能谱仪分析了镀层的表面形貌、断面形貌和镀层的组成,并分别用贴滤纸法和划格试验分别对镀层的孔隙率和结合力进行表征,采用表面硬度计测量了镀层的硬度,利用中性盐雾试验测试了镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,与机械镀锌层相比,湿法超声机械镀锌层表面质量明显改善,相同厚度的湿法超声机械镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能优于机械镀锌层,是一种综合性能优良的防护镀层。The coatings are prepared by ultrasonicbased wet mechanical plating and traditional mechani cal zinc coating. The surface/crosssection morphology and composition of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and its fitted energy dispersive spectroscopy. The porosity and adhesion of the coatings were also characterized by filter paper paste method and grid test. Hardness of surface was studied by Rockwell surface hardness tester. The corrosion resistance of the coating was evaluated by the salt spray test. The surface quality of the coatings prepared by ultrasonicbased wet mechanical plating was better than that of traditional mechanical zinc coatings. And those corrosion resistance was better than that of traditional mechanical zinc coatings with the same thickness. Therefore, ultrasonicbased wet mechani cal zinc coating was an excellent protective coating method.
