摘 要:试验制备了钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维混杂的纤维EPS混凝土,考察了EPS混凝土及纤维EPS混凝土力学性能,以改变荷载速率的方式研究和表征纤维EPS混凝土的抗冲击性能。研究结果表明,EPS混凝土有较好的力学性能,在水胶比为0.26,EPS体积率为40%时,28d龄期抗压强度及抗折强度分别为22.03MPa,4.50MPa;低掺量的混杂纤维对纤维EPS混凝土抗压强度提高较小,但对韧性提高较大;相比普通混凝土,纤维EPS混凝土随着荷载速率增大极限抗压强度明显提高。In this experiment with steel fiber and polypropylene fiber, fiber EPS concrete was made, the mechanical properties of which were analyzed as well as EPS concrete, and anti-impacting properties of fiber EPS concrete were studied and characterized through varying the load rate. The research results show that the EPS concrete has good mechanical properties. When the water/cement ratio is 0.26 and the EPS volume rate is 40%, compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete after 28 days are respectively 22.03 MPa and 4.50 MPa. Low dosage of hybrid fibers can slightly improve compressive strength of fiber EPS concrete, but largely enhance the toughness of concrete. Compared with normal concrete, the ultimate compressive strength of fiber EPS concrete will be improved significantly with the load rate increased.
