摘　　要：目的全面了解国内静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)服务的现状与问题。方法以中国知网(CNKI)为数据库来源,共检索出有效文献911篇,经过梳理归纳,对国内PIVAS的医院分布、级别、床位数、PIVAS面积、服务质量等进行分析整理。结果全国各级医院2001-2013年发表主题论文的数量呈逐渐增长态势;PIVAS服务医疗机构的数量以东部沿海地区最多;PIVAS所属医院等级分布以三甲医院为主;所属医院类别主要为综合性医院;各省份三甲医院PIVAS建筑面积、床位数、日配液量与全国均值相比,差异均无统计学意义。结论国内这几年PIVAS服务的开展及研究不断增加,研究水平大幅度提高,学术交流广泛,但仍需要加强对PIVAS设计标准的研究,中医医院建立PIVAS可行性的分析研究,PIVAS与合理用药监测系统(PASS)配合运行的分析研究,并加强对PIVAS进行成本和效益的分析,推动行政主管部门尽快设立统一的收费标准。Objective To study the status quo and problems of pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） in China. Method Based on the database sources of China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, 911 pieces of literature were retrieved efficiently to analyze the domestic distribution of PIVAS hospitals, rankings of the hospitals, number of beds, PIVAS area and quality of service, etc. Results The number of papers published on the theme increased gradually from all hospitals nationwide between 2001 and 2013. The number of PIVAS institutions was the highest in the coastal areas of East China. The distribution of PIVAS was mainly in the first-class general hospitals. For the first-class hospitals from all provinces, there were no significantly statistical differences in PIVAS area, number of beds and daily dosing volume compared with the national average. Conclusion In recent years, the development of PIVAS has increased in China, the related research has been improved a lot and academic exchanges have been extended, but we still need to strengthen the study of PIVAS design criteria and analyze the feasibility of establishing PIVAS in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, the coordination of PIVAS and prescription automatic screening （PASS） and the cost and benefit of PIVAS so as for administrative authorities to promote the establishment of standard charge as soon as possihle.
