瑞舒伐他汀干预治疗高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解高血压病患者在常规治疗过程中采用瑞舒伐他汀药物干预对血脂、血压的影响。方法将86例高血压病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组45例患者口服厄贝沙坦片150 mg,每日1次。观察组41例患者在对照组基础上,口服瑞舒伐他汀片5 mg,每日1次。服用2周后,2组患者中血压未降至140/90mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)者,在原有基础上,依据患者的实际情况,联合应用另外一种降压药物。经过3个月的治疗后,对比2组患者的血脂、血压变化情况。结果治疗后2组患者的血压及总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压的常规治疗中加入瑞舒伐他汀,可以提高疗效,改善患者血压和血脂水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of rosuvastatin on blood lipid and blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the conventional treatment. Method 86 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into an observation group with 41 cases and a control group with 45 cases. Patients in the control group were taken oral irbesartan tablets 150 mg, once a day. Those in the observation group were taken oral rosuvastatin 5 mg, once a day, on the basis of the control group. After two weeks, patients in both groups whose blood pressure were higher than 140/90 mmHg（1 mmHg： 0.133 kPa） were added another antihypertensive drug according to their actual conditions. The changes of blood lipid and blood pressure in all the patients were compared after three-month treatment. Results After the treatment, levels of blood pressure, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） in both groups were lower than pretreatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; all the indicators from the observation group were lower than the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of rosuvastatin in the conventional treatment of hypertension can enhance the clinical efficacy and improve levels of blood pressure and blood lipid in patients.
