旧滴灌带耐拉拔试验研究

摘　　要：为了给旧滴灌带回收机提供设计依据,测量了4种旧滴灌带的拉断载荷及在定载荷下的伸长率。试验测得各组样品最大拉断载荷均值分别为333.82、208.81、219.65、204.27N,定载荷下的伸长率分别为0、7.5%、2.5%、12.5%。根据试验数据得出结论:回收已达使用年限的旧滴灌带时,带的最大载荷应不超过200N,以避免带回收过程中断裂;回收未达到使用年限的旧滴灌带时,带的最大载荷应不超过100N,以避免带产生严重变形。In order to provide the design basis for drip tapes recycling machine,we measured the load of four kinds of old drip tapes in the breaking process and the elongation of them under the constant load.The test showed that the average value of the maximum load were 333.82,208.81,219.65 and 204.27 Nin the breaking process,and the elongations were 0,7.5%,2.5%and 12.5% under the constant load.According to the test data,we can draw some conclusions.To prevent old drip tapes from being broken when we recycle them which have reached the periods for use,the maximum load should not exceed 200 N.However,when we recycle drip tapes which have not reached the periods for use,the maximum load should not exceed 100 N,and then the drip tapes will be not distorted.
