摘 要:随着水资源供需矛盾日益突出,推广水资源匮乏地区农户使用节水灌溉技术是必然趋势,依据农户的承受能力让农户参与节水灌溉的投入对于减轻财政负担、提高节水管理效率具有积极作用。以山东省蒙阴县为例,运用条件价值评估法从微观视角来探索农户对节水灌溉技术成本的承受能力,在此基础上用Logistic模型深入分析影响农户支付意愿的因素。研究结果表明,农户对节水灌溉技术的支付意愿较高,平均支付水平为4 086元/hm2,农户的年龄、文化程度、耕地面积以及对技术预期效果的认可度等认知因素成为影响农户支付意愿的主要因素。With the contradictions of water supply and demand being increasingly prominent,it is inevitable tendency for districts with deficient water to popularize water saving irrigation.Letting farmers to take part in part of modern irrigation investment according to their price capacity will lighten the financial burden and enhance the administrative efficiency of the local government.In this paper,a Contingent Valuation Method is performed to measure the price capacity from micro-level on the basis of survey data.Then the Logistic model is adopted to analyze farmers' willingness to pay and the influential factors.The results show that farmers' willingness to pay for technology is strong and the mean payment level is 4 086 yuan per hectare.The main factors influencing farmers' willingness to pay includes age,education level,understanding of technology,degree of satisfaction and expectation for effects of technology.
