摘　　要：介绍了丁酮肟的生产工艺,并结合了生产实际,从工艺流程及特点、原辅材料、生产成本、环境污染、项目投资等方面对磷酸羟胺法(HPO)和氨肟化法(HAO)进行了对比分析。This paper introduced the production process of butanone oxime. Combined with the actual production, hydroxylamine phosphate method（HPO） and ammoximation method（HAO） were compared from aspects of the process and characteristics, raw materials and auxiliary materials, production costs, environmental pollution, the investment and so on.
