摘 要:喷墨印花是一种非接触的纺织品清洁印花方式,是当前最具发展潜力的纺织品印花技术之一,但是印花织物摩擦牢度差是当前喷墨印花颜料墨水在纺织领域推广和应用存在的主要障碍。以提高颜料墨水印花牢度为主旨,综述了近年来课题组在颜料墨水专用固色剂开发、多功能分散剂合成和纳米包覆颜料/乳胶粒制备等方面取得的一些进展,重点阐述了各种固色方法在织物表面的固色过程和固色机制,为开发高品质、高牢度的纺织品喷墨印花颜料墨水提供帮助。Inkjet printing as a cleaning and non-contact printing method has become one of the most promising textile printing technology. However, poor rubbing fastness of printed textile is still the main obstacle to wide application of pigment ink in the textile. In this paper, the methods for improving color fastness of printed textiles with pigment ink developed by our lab, such as special fixative agent, multifunctional dispersant, and nanoscale pigment/latex dispersion were summarized, and the fixation process and its mechanism with different kinds of pigment ink were further analyzed. The study was expected to provide assistance for the development of high quality, high fastness of textile printing pigment ink.
