摘　　要：文章首先在分析访谈、观察、概念图、卡片分类法特点的基础上指出了卡片分类法最适于记录用户关于网站的认知信息,并探讨了卡片分类法在记录用户认知信息中的具体应用。在对比多维尺度、聚类及路径搜索法等主、客观测量用户心智模型方法的基础上分析出路径搜索法最适于测量网站用户心智模型,并探讨了路径搜索法在网站用户心智模型测量中的具体应用。Based on the analysis of interview,observation,concept map and card-sorting,the paper points out that card-sorting is the most suitable method to record users＇ cognitive information on the website. Then,the paper discusses the specific application of card-sorting in users＇ cognitive information record. The paper points out that the pathfinder is the most suitable method for measuring website user mental model based on the comparison of subjective and objective measurement for user mental model,such as multi dimensional scaling,clustering and pathfinder method. Finally,the paper discusses the specific application of pathfinder method in the measurement of website usersmental model.
