对产学研隐性知识转移中的知识破损的理性思考

摘　　要：针对"知识破损"这一隐性知识转移面临的最大挑战,在简要评述相关研究现状的基础上,从认知、行为及技术3个层面全面考察隐性知识转移中知识破损的原因,发现知识偏差、转移意愿与接受意愿、双方互动以及转移渠道等都会引发知识破损的产生。在产学研背景下,知识破损的发生,会使得隐性知识无法有效传递,影响接受方吸收隐性知识,阻碍产学研合作创新,导致产学研主体间关系风险增加。要规避知识破损的发生,产学研各方就要在规避知识偏差、建立协同关系以及选择恰当的转移渠道等方面做出努力。由此以期证明:知识破损是导致隐性知识转移失败的关键所在,产学研隐性知识转移要取得成功,首先要重视知识破损的存在,并采取一定措施规避知识破损。According to＂knowledge damage＂,the biggest challenge for tacit knowledge transfer,and on the basis of the brief review of the related status,this paper firstly surveys the reasons for knowledge damage in tacit knowledge transfer from cognitive dimension,behavioral dimension,and technical dimension. The result finds that the curse of knowledge,attitudes of transferring and accepting,interaction,and transfer channels are the reasons for knowledge damage. Knowledge damage,under the background of industry-university-research cooperation,interrupts the process of tacit knowledge transfer,affects the tacit knowledge adoption of the receivers,prevents the innovation of industry-university-research cooperation,and increases the relational risks among industries,universities and research institutes. To avoid the occurrence of knowledge damage,each party of industry-university-research should make efforts on avoiding the curse of knowledge,building cooperative relations and selecting appropriate transfer channel. The paper shows that knowledge damage is the key to cause the failure of tacit knowledge transfer. In order to succeed in tacit knowledge transfer of industry-university-research,it is necessary to attach great importance to the existence of knowledge damage and to take certain measures to avoid the knowledge damage.
