摘　　要：文章借鉴了生态学中协同进化的理论,在界定了图书馆知识协同进化内涵的同时,分析了竞争与协同对图书馆知识进化的影响,在研究其自组织的过程与机理的基础上,阐明了知识协同进化是通过图书馆知识要素间的关联,来促进知识群落共同发展的自组织活动,根据知识进化内在动因,揭示知识协同进化的运作机理,从而使图书馆中的知识群落可以达到全面协调可持续的发展。By referring to the theory of co-evolution in ecology and defining the connotation of library knowledge co-evolution,this paper analyzes the impact of competition and collaboration on library knowledge evolution. Based on the study of the process and mechanism of its self-organization, the paper discusses that knowledge co-evolution improves the self-organization activities of knowledge community common development through the correlation between the elements of library knowledge. According to the internal reasons of knowledge evolution,the paper reveals the operating mechanism of knowledge co-evolution,so that the knowledge community of library can realize the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development.
