摘　　要：目的对7例肺隐球菌病（pulmonary cryptcoccosis，PC）患者各项临床资料进行分析，以便提高对PC的认识。方法回顾性分析了7例PC患者的基础疾病、临床症状、影像学表现及病理等临床资料。结果本组PC多发生在免疫健全患者，临床表现主要为咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛等轻微呼吸道症状，免疫正常宿主胸部CT以结节肿块型多见，病理多表现为肉芽肿性炎症。结论免疫正常宿主的PC患者胸部CT主要表现为结节肿块型，病理主要表现为肉芽肿性炎症。Objective To improve our recognition of pulmonary cryptcoccosis （PC） by analyzing clinical data of seven patients with PC. Methods Clinical data of seven patients with PC were retrospectively analyzed, including underlying diseases, respiratory symptoms, imaging and histological data. Results Most patients with PC in our study were immunocompetent, and cough, productive of sputum and chest pain were their common symptoms. Moreover, radiological nodular masses and hisological granuloma were common in immunocompetent patients with PC. Conclusions Nodular masses in computed tomography and cryptococcal-infected granuloma are common in immunocompetent patients with PC.
