摘　　要：侵袭性肺曲霉病是一种多见的真菌感染性疾病，感染时可激活体内的固有免疫及适应性免疫以清除病原菌，起到宿主免疫保护作用。免疫细胞Thl7是近年来研究热点，其主要参与免疫性疾病的免疫应答，在宿主免疫保护中起重要作用。近年来关于Th17细胞在烟曲霉感染中相关作用的研究逐渐增多，本文就烟曲霉感染时宿主的免疫应答机制的最新进展进行综述。Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is a kind of fungal infection disease, activating the innate immunity and adaptive immunity to clear the pathogen and protect immunity of the host. Thl7 is a hot research topic in recent years, which involves in immune response mainly in immune diseases, plays an important role in the host immune protection. The researches about it in Aspergillus fumigates infection are increasing gradually. This article reviews the latest progress of immune response mechanism of Aspergillus fumigatus infection.
