摘  要:目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)监测在评估咳嗽变异型哮喘病情方面的临床应用价值。方法从本院2013年7月至2014年8月收治的慢性咳嗽患者中随机选择103例进行研究,均实施FeNO监测。结果完成随访的98例患者中的86例依据FeNO确诊,FeNO诊断咳嗽变异型哮喘的特异度为90.6%,阳性预测值为88.1%,其灵敏度为84.4%,高于支气管舒张试验(57.8%)。结论FeNO监测在评估咳嗽变异型哮喘病情方面具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of clinical application of exhaled nitric oxide cough variant asthma in condition monitoring assessment. Methods One hundred and three cases of patients with chronic cough in our hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 were selected, and were given the implementation of exhaled nitric oxide monitoring. Results On the basis of 86 cases of FeNO diagnosed 98 patients were followed up patients, FeNO in the diagnosis of cough variant asthma specificity was 90.6%,the positive predictive value was 88.1%, the sensitivity was 84.4%, which was higher than the bronchial dilation test (57.8%). Conclusions There is a certain clinical application value of exhaled nitric oxide in cough variant asthma in condition monitoring assessment.
