摘　　要：支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种常见的气道过敏性疾病，以气道炎症、气道高反应性和气道重塑为主要临床特征。中药粉防己碱是从防己科植物粉防己根中提取的一种双苄基异喹啉类生物碱，具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗纤维化及免疫调节作用。本文将就粉防己碱治疗哮喘的研究进展作一综述。Bronchial asthma is a common airway allergic disease, characteristic of airway inflammation,hyperresponsiveness and remodeling. As a bis-benzylisoquinoline alkaloid isolated from the root of Stephania tetrandra S. Moore of the Menispermaceae, chinese medicine tetrandrine possesses anti- inflammatory,anti-allergic, anti-oxidant, anti-fibrogenetic as well as immunomodulatory activities. This paper focuses on the progress of tetrandrine in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
