摘　　要：电网企业基建项目的工程量巨大,面对庞大的基建项目投资规模,如何规范和加强基建项目业务管理,有效降低项目工程造价成本,提高项目投资效益并扩大资本积累,是电网企业在长远持续发展过程中需要解决的重要课题。以SAP系统在电网基建工程项目成本控制中的应用为例,论述了基建项目成本可控、能控、在控的影响因素,对如何实现项目成本控制、预控具有一定的借鉴意义。Infrastructure projects of grid enterprise quantity and investment scale is huge, in the process of long- term sustainable development of grid enterprises, how to standardize and strengthen the infrastructure project management, reduce project cost, improve the project investment benefit and expansion of capital accumulation is an important subject, which need to be seriously addressed. In this paper, taking the application of SAP system in the grid enterprise infrastructure project cost control as an example, the controllable, controlled and controlling cost factors of infrastructure project are discussed, it has certain reference to project cost control and precontrol.
