摘　　要：随着国家电网公司信息化工作的快速推进,公司生产、经营和管理业务对信息系统愈加依赖,信息系统业务的可靠性越来越重要,只保持单个数据中心的链路则意味着频繁的单点故障和脆弱的网络安全性。公司信息系统为了使抵御人为、自然等破坏性因素的能力不断增加,使应用层业务持续能力进一步提升,采用全局负载均衡及本地负载均衡,在信息系统业务发生故障时能够通过DNS解析迅速切换到另一可用数据中心,消除单点故障,减少停机时间,实现应用层以高性能、高可靠性、高安全性、良好的系统扩充能力、良好的可管理型,满足灵活多样的动态调整为总体目标的信息系统建设。With the rapid advance of state grid informatization, production, operation and management of power company increasingly relies on information systems, information system reliability gets more and more important. Single data center would cause frequent faults and network vulnerability. Using the global and local load balancing strategy, business can be switched to another available data center by DNS resolver at the time of business failure, the strategy can eliminate single point of failure, reduce downtime, and the information system with the advantages of high performance, high reliability, high security, good expansion ability, good management, flexible and dynamic adjustment in application layer can be constructed.
