摘　　要：目的 :了解中心门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法 :随机抽取2013年1月至12月门诊处方共18941张,采用回顾性分析方法,依据统计学方法归纳数据并进行综合分析。结果 :筛选出不合格处方528张,占抽取总数的2.79%。处方的不合理原因大致归纳为给药时间间隔不当、给药时间不合理、给药剂量不合理、给药途径不合理、选择药物不合理、药物联用不合理、无适应证用药、重复用药等。结论 :处方存在不合理用药现象,处方的开具应进一步规范化,确保患者安全、合理用药。Objective： To study the drug use situation in the outpatient department of our center to promote the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods： The total 18 941 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from Jan. to Dec. 2013, and the data was summarized with the retrospective analysis method based on the statistical method and then comprehensively analyzed. Results： Five hundred and twenty-eight unqualified prescriptions were filtered out, accounting for 2.79% of the total selected number. The causes of the irrational prescriptions were roughly summarized as the improper dosing interval, unreasonable administration time, irrational dose, unreasonable route of administration, unreasonable choice of drugs, irrational drug combination, medication without indications, repeated drug use, etc. Conclusion： There is the situation of the irrational use of drugs in the center. The prescription should be further standardized to ensure the patients’ safety and the rational use of drugs.
