单纯减压与联合融合手术治疗两节以上老年腰椎管狭窄患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察单纯减压与联合融合手术对于治疗两节以上老年腰椎管狭窄患者的疗效差别。方法:回顾性分析行手术治疗的60岁以上腰椎管狭窄症患者52例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行单纯减压治疗,观察组使用减压联合融合手术治疗,对比观察不同组间患者的治疗时间以及治疗效果的差别。结果:观察组患者的住院时间明显少于对照组,而治疗效果比对照组更好,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:减压联合融合手术较单纯减压治疗可以有效的提高治疗两节以上老年腰椎管狭窄治疗效果,降低患者并发症发生率。Objective To discuss the curative effect of decompression and fusion of different combined operation for senile lumbar canal stenosis patients. Method 52 cases patients over 60 years old with lumbar spinal canal stenosis were retrospective analyzed, they randomly divided into observation group and control group, control decompression in the treatment of simple group, the observation group used decompression and fusion operation treatment ,comparative observation between different groups of patients with treatment time and the effect of treatment differences. Results The observation time in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, while the treatment effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Decompression and fusion operation which is decompression therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect of treatment of stenosis of more than two elderly lumbar spinal canal, reduce the incidence of complications.
