温针配合推拿治疗重度膝关节炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用温针配合推拿治疗重度膝关节炎的护理体会,为今后临床重度膝关节炎患者的护理提供科学的指导。方法:收治的200例重度膝关节患者作为观察对象,随机分为试验组100例和对照组100例。试验组采用温针配合推拿治疗重度膝关节炎护理,对照组采用温针治疗护理,对比两组护理后治疗效果以及患者满意度。结果:试验组总有效率为94.0%;对照组总有效率为76.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度为95.0%,对照组患者满意度为70.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗重度膝关节炎过程中,实施温针配合推拿治疗重度膝关节炎的治疗及护理,能显著提高患者治疗效果和患者满意度,有助于患者早日康复,提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing experience of warm needling and massage in the treatment of severe osteearthritls of the knees, and to provide scientific nursing guidance for patients with severe osteoarthritis of the knees. Method 200 severe osteoarthritis of the knees cases were selected as research objeets,and were randomly divided into experimental group 100 cases and control group 100 ca- ses. Experimental group was used warm needling combined with massage numing care, control group was given with warm needling nursing care,observed the effects and patients satisfaction after numing. Results The total efficiency of experimental group was 94. 0% ; control group was 76.0%, the difference between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; patients satisfaction in experiment group was 95.0%, control group was 70. 0% ,the difference between two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Warm needling combined with mas- sage nursing care in the treatment of severe osteoarthritis of the knees, can improve the treatment effect and patients satisfaction, which helps the recovery of patients, improve the quality of llfe of the patients.
