摘 要:为探究干式空心并联电抗器投入瞬态电动力对绝缘的破坏性,以一台BKDK-20000/35大型电抗器为例,利用ANSYS场-路耦合有限元分析方法,对该电抗器的投入瞬态电动力进行了数值解析,对瞬态电动力破坏绝缘的可能性进行了讨论.研究结果表明,投入瞬态过电流会产生强瞬态电动力,瞬态电动力的分布极不均匀.轴向电动力关于中心高度对称,距中心高度处越远,轴向电动力越大;辐向电动力指向磁力线圆心所在线圈,距该线圈越远,辐向电动力越大.轴向瞬态电动力对绝缘破坏性小,幅向瞬态电动力对绝缘有一定的破坏性.线圈与包封绝缘间脱层是瞬态电动力造成绝缘开裂的原因.In order to explore the destructive impact on insulation, the inputting transient electromagnetic force of a dry-type air-core shunt reactor model BKDK-20000/35 is numerically solved with the ANSYS electromagnetic- circuit coupling finite element analysis method. The possibility of insulation failure caused by transient electromag- netic force is also discussed. Research results show that the transient over current generated by inputting the reactor can produce a strong transient electromagnetic force, which is distributed extremely uneven. The axial electromag- netic force is symmetric about the center height. The farther the height is away from the center height, the bigger the axial electromagnetic force is. The radial electromagnetic force points to the center coil which is on the center of magnetic field lines. The farther the coil is away from the center coil, the stronger the radial electromagnetic force is. The axial electromagnetic force has a small effect on the insulation, while the radial electromagnetic force has some damages cracking. to insulation.
