摘　　要：目的:探讨侗医传统接骨疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:120例桡骨远端骨折患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用手法复位小夹板外固定配合侗药外敷和单纯采用手法复位小夹板外固定治疗,12周后对比两组患者腕关节功能情况。结果:治疗组在临床疗效,患者腕关节功能达优率、达优良率方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:侗医传统骨折疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折效果良好,腕关节功能恢复佳。Objective ： To discuss the effect of Dong medicine traditional therapy in the treatment of distal radial fractures, bone. Method： 120 cases of distal radius fracture patients were divided into treatment and control group, were treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation combined with external application of Dong medicine and simply use the manual reduction and splint external fixation treatment, compared two groups of patients with wrist joint function after 12 weeks. Result：The treatment group in the clinical curative effect in patients with wrist function, success rate, as the excellent and good rate was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion：Dong medicine traditional therapy in the treatment of fractures of the distal radius fracture effect is good, good functional recovery of the wrist joint.
