摘 要:以广藿香[Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth]二倍体及其人工诱导的同源四倍体为材料,研究比较了广藿香二倍体与四倍体植株的生长和生理特性。结果表明,广藿香四倍体的株高、茎粗、叶片长宽、叶厚、叶面积、气孔大小均比广藿香二倍体高,多数性状在二者间均达到显著差异水平(P<0.05);同时四倍体叶片中的叶绿素含量及POD、CAT、SOD、PAL活性均高于二倍体,且四倍体的挥发油总含量高于二倍体。这个结果为广藿香优良品种的选育提供了科学依据。Growth and physiological characteristics were compared between dipliod and autotetraploid of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth. The results showed that the stem length, basal diameter,stem width, leaf length and width, leaf thickness,leaf area, stomatal size of tetraploid were higher than that of diploid. The differences of most biological characterics were significant between the diploid and tetraploid(P〈0.05). Compared with the diploid P. cablin, the tetraploid P. cablin had higher chlorophyll content and volatile oil content. The activities of POD, CAT, SOD, PAL were higher than those of diploid. It will provide a scientific basis for breeding new varieties of P. cablin.
