阿莫西林在肉鸡体内的药物动力学研究

摘　　要：为研究阿莫西林在肉鸡体内的药物动力学特征,为兽医临床用药提供依据,试验选取12羽成年三黄肉鸡,阿莫西林口中灌服给药,利用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中药物浓度。结果表明,阿莫西林口灌给药(15 mg/kg.BW)后,其主要药动学参数:t1/2α为(0.627±0.071)h,t1/2ka为(0.139±0.011)h,t1/2β为(1.800±0.181)h,AUC为(6.005±0.641)μg/(m L·h),Tmax为(0.476±0.049)h,Cmax为(2.293±0.152)μg/m L。说明阿莫西林口灌给药后,在成年三黄鸡体内吸收迅速,消除较快。Pharmacokinetics of amoxicillin in broiler was studied to provide a reference for clinical treatment. 12 adult San- huang broilers were selected and treated with amoxicillin of 15 mg/kg.BW by oral administration to test its drug concentrations in plasma with high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the main pharmacokinetic parameters including t1/2α, t1/2kα, t1/2β, AUC, Tmax and Cmax were （0.627±0.071） h, （0.139±0.011） h, （1.800±0.181） h, （6.005±0.641） μg/（mL·h）, （0.476±0.049） h,and （2.293±0.152） Ixg/mL,respectively. It is indicated that amoxicillin was absorbed quickly and elimi- nated rapidly in Sanhuang broilers after oral administration.
