心身并治变应性鼻炎-哮喘综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察心身并治变应性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome,CARAS)的临床疗效。方法:通过汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评定,选取存在焦虑、抑郁情绪的患者,共62例。随机平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予自拟内服中药汤剂,并以布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻;研究组在对照组治疗基础上进行心理治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后哮喘控制测试(asthma control test,ACT)评分,鼻炎症状评分,HAMA评分,HAMD评分。结果:两组治疗前后比较,ACT评分、鼻炎症状评分,HAMA评分,HAMD评分均有改善(P<0.05),但研究组改善更显著(P<0.01)。研究组和对照组比较,除了ACT评分,没有显示差异(P>0.05),其他三项均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:心身并治CARAS临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of psychosomatic treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome（ CARAS）. Methods： Patients were selected through the Hamilton anxiety scale（ HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD）,a total of 62 cases. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given by oral Chinese medicine decoction,and budesonide aerosol nasal spray,and the study group was given psychological treatment on the basis of control group. 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Asthma control test（ ACT） score,rhinitis symptoms score,HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： After treatment,ACT score,rhinitis symptoms score,HAMA score,HAMD score of the two groups were improved（ P〈0. 05）,but the study group improved more significantly（ P〈0. 01）. The study group and the control group,in addition to the ACT score,showed no difference（ P〉0. 05）,the other three showed difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychosomatic treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome（ CARAS） has remarkable clinical curative effect.
