滋肾活血方对气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者TNF-α、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾活血方对156例气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的影响。方法:将156例气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各78例。两组均采用饮食控制和糖尿病常规治疗。中药治疗组采用滋肾活血方治疗,对照组采用贝那普利片治疗,疗程12周。结果:治疗组TNF-α、hs-CRP、尿蛋白排泄率、血糖及中医症状较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,TNF-α、hs-CRP、尿蛋白排泄率、血糖、血脂及中医症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾活血方能降低气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的血脂、TNF-α、hs-CRP,减少尿蛋白的排出,减轻肾损害,改善肾功能。Objective： To study the influence of Ziyin Huoxue Fang（ 滋阴活血方） on change of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hsCRP） and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） with diabetic nephropathy with stage Ⅲ. Methods： 156 cases with Qi-Yin asthenia and blood stasis type of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（ n = 78）. Both two groups were given regular diet and diabetes treatment. Treatment group was treated with Ziyin Huoxue Fang and control group was treated with Benazepril,for 12 weeks of treatment. Results： The TNF-α,hs-CRP,urinary albumin excretion rate（ UAER）,blood sugar and TCM symptoms of treatment group were significantly decreased compared with before（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,TNF-α,hs-CRP,UAER,blood glucose,blood lipids and TCM symptoms were improved significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ziyin Huoxue Fang can reduce the blood lipids,TNF-α,hs-CRPand UAER of diabetic nephropathy with stage Ⅲ,reduce renal damage and improve renal function.
