中西医结合治疗糖尿病足病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病足病的临床疗效。方法:98例糖尿病足病患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予甲磺酸二氢麦角碱联合参芎注射液,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中医外治法处理患者溃疡创面,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈31例,显效2例,有效15例,无效1例,有效率97.6%;对照组治愈21例,显效16例,有效7例,无效5例,有效率89.8%。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病足病疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot disease. Methods： 98 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The observation group was given Ergoloid Mesylates combined Shenxiong injection,and the treatment group was given external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with ulcer on the basis of the control group,observation of curative effect of two groups. Results： In the treatment group,31 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,1 case was invalid,efficiency of 97. 6%; In the control group,21 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,efficiency of 89. 8%. Conclusion： Internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot disease has significant effect.
