建立中医动物模型的思考

摘　　要：现阶段中医证候动物模型的研制尚处于探索阶段,尚未成熟,还不能为中医基础理论和辨证论治思想研究提供较为理想的实验载体,需要不断完善。如果中医能够科学合理的运用现代实验方法,利用动物和人所具有的生理、病理共性,模拟中医病因病机理论,建立动物模型,则可以从现代组织学、细胞学、分子学等各个层次揭示中医理论的实质,弥补中医临床客观化指标不足的缺点,为中医理论实践提供科学依据,使之被现代医学认同,加速实现中医药现代化,促进中医药走向世界。The development of the present stage of traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome animal model is still in the exploratory stage,not mature,also can＇t provide ideal experimental carrier for the basic theory of TCM and treatment based on syndrome differentiation thought research,which needs to be perfected. If traditional Chinese medicine can use modern experimental method scientific and reasonable,physiological,and using pathological simulated similarities of animal and human,imitation etiology and pathogenesis of TCM theory,establishment of animal model,which can reveal the substance of traditional Chinese medicine theory from the modern histology,cytology,molecular all levels,make up the shortage of traditional Chinese medicine clinical objective indexes disadvantages. To provide the scientific basis for the theory of traditional Chinese medicine practice,which can be recognized by modern medicine,then not only accelerate the realization of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,but also can promote Chinese medicine to the world.
