摘 要:目的:比较不同来源白木香Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg新鲜茎、叶化学成分的异同。方法:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行检测,利用国家药典委员会推荐的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版对各个样品的HPLC图谱进行相似性比较和分析。结果:建立了白木香的HPLC分析方法,各色谱峰分离度良好,6个白木香样品茎的HPLC图谱相似度为0.885~0.973;叶的HPLC图谱相似度为0.709~0.985;茎的HPLC图谱和叶的HPLC图谱相比,主要的色谱峰相同,只是含量有所不同。结论:不同来源的白木香的化学成分基本相同,白木香叶和茎具有相似的化学成分。Objective:To make a comparative analysis on the chemical composition of leaves and stems of Baimuxiang(Aquilaria sinensis ) from different sources. Methods:Using the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) chromatography for determination, comparing and analyzing of the chemical constituents of each sample by similarity evaluation software 2004A recommended by the national pharmacopoeia commission. Results : A HPLC method was developed for analysis the chemical constituents of A. sinensis, most of the peaks in the HPLC chromatogram was well separated. The similarity of the 6 stems of A. sinensis was 0. 885 - 0. 973 and the similarity of the leaves was between 0.709 - 0. 985. Comparing the HPLC chrogamtograms of leaves to those of stems revealed that the main peaks in the HPLC chromatograms were almost same except the area of the peaks different. Conclusion : The chemical constituents of Aquilaria sinensis from different sources are basically identical and the Aquilaria sinensis' stems and leaves have the similar chemical constituents.
