胆囊息肉样病变中医诊治现状分析与研究

摘　　要：目前对于胆囊息肉的中医治疗多数为临床报道和个人经验,缺乏系统理论研究和实验基础研究的支持,其病名划分、病因病机的认识尚未统一,辨证分型因人而异,涉及方药繁杂,疗效判断标准差异性较大,不同的研究报道效果之间可比性差,且效果多为近期疗效,缺乏远期的疗效观察,其临床表现缺乏特异性。B超、CT、磁共振成像等检查手段尚不能确定其息肉的类型和病变性质,严重影响了临床治疗效果。故需进一步对胆囊息肉进行前瞻性、多中心大样本流行病学调查和严谨的基础研究,探求胆囊息肉样病变中医证候分布特点、演变规律及其发病的主要相关因素,寻找其发病原因和机制,使中医分型指标客观化,为确立胆囊息肉中医标准化的辨证分型标准提供依据。从而更好地运用中医药对潜在的发病人群进行"未病先防",对已发病人群采取"既病防变"的措施,预防、减少临床胆囊息肉样病变疾病的发病率,运用中医"澄源、涤浊、利胆、消癥"治疗胆囊息肉样病变,进一步提高临床效果。At present,Chinese medicine treatment of gallbladder polyps for most clinical reports and personal experience,the lack of support of theory research and basic research of experiment system,recognize the name of disease classification,etiology and pathogenesis has not been unified,syndrome differentiation type varies from person to person,relates to the prescription is complicated,the curative effect judgment standard difference,poor comparability between different research reports,and more recent curative effect observation for the effect,the lack of long-term curative effect,the lack of specific clinical manifestations. B ultrasound,CT and MRI cannot determine the type and nature of the lesions of the polyps,seriously affecting the effect of clinical treatment. So it needs to be further to the gallbladder polyps were prospectively based investigation of large sample epidemiological,multi center and rigorous,mainly related to explore the factors of polypoid lesions of gallbladder TCM syndrome distribution characteristics,variation and disease,and find its causes and mechanism,to make TCM objective index,and provide the basis for the establishment of TCM syndrome differentiation of gallbladder polyps standard classification standard. The use of Chinese medicine in order to better carry out the ＂ prevent disease before the onset potential of population＂,take ＂ which lead to disease＂ measures to have disease groups,prevention,reduce the incidence of clinical of polypoid lesions of gallbladder disease rate,the use of Chinese medicine ＂ clarifying the source and eliminating turbid pathogen,benefiting gallbladder,removing lump dissipation＂ treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder further improve the clinical effect.
