温肾健脾活血固精方治疗系膜增殖性肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾健脾活血固精方治疗脾肾阳虚夹血瘀型系膜增殖性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚夹血瘀型系膜增殖性肾炎患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,以温肾健脾活血固精方为基本方加西药治疗;对照组30例,单纯予以西药治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、细胞免疫、体液免疫、血β-微球蛋白(βmicroglobulin,β-MG)、24 h尿蛋白定量变化情况,判定临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者临床症状、体征和免疫功能改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),且患者血β-MG、24 h尿蛋白定量较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的60.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾健脾活血固精方对脾肾阳虚夹血瘀型系膜增殖性肾炎有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effects of decoction for wenshen Jianpi Huoxue Gujing Fang（ 温 肾 健 脾 活 血 固 精 方,WSJPHXGJF） on patients with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis（ Ms PGN）. Methods： Sixty patients with Ms PGN were enrolled in the study. A randomized double blind method was used to assign 30 patients in the treated group and 30 patients in the control group. In the treated group,the patients were given the decoction for protecting kidney adding hormone while the controls were treated with hormone. All changes were observed before and after the treatment which include clinical symptoms,physical signs,blood and urine routine,24 hours＇ urine protein quantitation,cellular immunity,humoral immunity,blood serumβ-MG. Results： The general efficiency were 86. 7% in the treated group,while 60. 0% in the control group.The efficiency of the treated group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The treated group were apparently more effective than the control group in the aspects such as the amelioration of symptoms,physical signs,renal function,blood serumβ-MG and 24 hours＇ urine protein quantitation. Conclusion： Decoction for warming kidney and strengthening spleen is safe and effective in the treatment of Ms PGN with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis.
